Gotty helps you discover video games, save them to a personal library, organize lists, and track progress. We may add, change, or remove features as the service develops.

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your credentials secure, and activity carried out through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone without permission.

You must use Gotty lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, access it through unauthorized means, abuse APIs, upload malicious content, infringe rights, or use the service to harm others.

Game information, artwork, trademarks, links, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. Gotty may rely on external catalog and platform services; their availability and terms may change independently of us.

Gotty may be supported by advertising and may link to or use third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Advertising choices for the website are managed through Google's consent message and Privacy settings.

We aim to keep Gotty useful and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may change these terms or the service by publishing an updated version on this page.

You may stop using Gotty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk, or require action to comply with law. See the account-deletion instructions for the available process and its effects.

The Gotty name, branding, software, and original content are owned by Gotty or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
